Her business immigration practice focuses on assisting employers with a wide range of employment-based immigration matters. She advises clients on best practices and compliance with disclosure and documentation requirements from governmental agencies such as U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Department of Labor, and Department of State. She assists employers in various industries with securing work authorization for foreign national employees in the United States (e.g. H-1B, L, TN, E, O visas). She also represents companies and individuals in the preparation of employment-based immigrant petitions and permanent residence applications.
