Biography
Keith D. Sparks started practicing with Ahlers Cressman & Sleight PLLC in 2022. Mr. Sparks has significant experience as a litigation attorney in Chicago representing Workers’ Compensation claims and other related matters. For 10 years, Mr. Sparks represented clients at the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission and at the Circuit Court. He successfully resolved most of his claims through settlement agreements to his client’s benefit. However, when required, he frequently presented matters to trial and obtained decisions in his client’s favor and sustaining those decisions on numerous appeals.
As a result of his success and litigation expertise in Workers’ Compensation, Mr. Sparks has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers® magazine (2018-2023), an award limited to the top 2.5% of attorneys in Illinois under the age of 40.
