Biography
Jon is an aggressive, outcome-oriented litigator who represents management exclusively in workplace law and related litigation. He has successfully represented clients in appeals heard by all levels of the Washington appellate courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Super Lawyers Magazine has recognized him as a Rising Star every year since 2012.
While in law school, Jon served on the editorial board of the Seattle University Law Review. Following graduation, he spent two years clerking for the Honorable Marywave Van Deren at Division Two of the Washington Court of Appeals.
Jon is a native of Georgia and moved to the Pacific Northwest after college.
