Early last year I had reached out to Jason to investigate the possibility of a Ch.7 - At the time, I did not qualify but he went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide A LOT of information free of charge. I assume this was part of his consultation. Several months later I discovered I did... qualify for a Ch7 and decided to reach out to Jason simply based off of my first interaction with him. He reviewed my eligibility and took me as a client. I found him thorough, precise, accurate, and expedient in his handling of my case. Albeit, I was slow at getting my paperwork and fee in place, he patiently waited and over the course of a few months we pulled everything together and filed. It can be a stressful process which requires you to dig through your finances and save the legal fees. Once you overcome that, it's quite easy. He's also affordable and fair in his pricing. In hindsight, I wish I had done this years ago rather than being stuck in a cycle of endless debt. Prior to working with him, I had researched various lawyers online and met with a couple but found Jason was just the right mix of expertise I was seeking. Plus, he does everything himself--no paralegals, no secretaries. You're only working with him. Plus, he’s organized and respects that you are too. I actually think he delights in sharing insights about the legal proceedings of bankruptcy---especially if he senses you understand the subject matter. I learned a lot from carrying so much debt for so long it's a freeing feeling once you've been discharged.
