Early last year I had reached out to Jason to investigate the possibility of a Ch.7 - At the time, I did not qualify but he went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide A LOT of information free of charge. I assume this was part of his consultation. Several months later I discovered I did... qualify for a Ch7 and decided to reach out to Jason simply based off of my first interaction with him. He reviewed my eligibility and took me as a client. I found him thorough, precise, accurate, and expedient in his handling of my case. Albeit, I was slow at getting my paperwork and fee in place, he patiently waited and over the course of a few months we pulled everything together and filed. It can be a stressful process which requires you to dig through your finances and save the legal fees. Once you overcome that, it's quite easy. He's also affordable and fair in his pricing. In hindsight, I wish I had done this years ago rather than being stuck in a cycle of endless debt. If you have concerns or know you're in a place you would like to move forward Jason is a great resource. He's not pushy or sales-y at all. Prior to working with him, I had researched various lawyers online and met with a couple but found Jason was just the right mix of expertise I was seeking. Plus, he does everything himself--no paralegals, no secretaries. You're only working with him. Plus, he’s organized and respects that you are too. I actually think he delights in sharing insights about the legal proceedings of bankruptcy---especially if he senses you understand the subject matter. I learned a lot from carrying so much debt for so long it's a freeing feeling once you've been discharged. You can start again--which isn't as hard as some financial experts would lead you to believe. Best of luck and realize you have a rare second chance to do it right.

I appreciated Jason's ability to be clear and to help us understand the process of bankruptcy. He was always very patient with our questions and took the time to explain things clearly until we understood. I also appreciated his willingness to be available by phone for our questions as they came up.... In fact, I'd say 9 times out of 10 he actually answered the call himself, and if we left a voice mail he would get back to us within the hour. I felt we got excellent service and I would highly recommend Jason.

Jason did an excellent, thorough and very professional job with our bankruptcy case. He was very well versed in the procedure and kept us informed, prepared and at ease through. Best for me was that he took the time to explain the details of the process to me. Ours was a complicated matter for... us, and we had loads of questions. He was extremely patient in explanations and an excellent listener. His communication was really excellent on all matters - which really helped me understand what was going on and what information I needed to present. In court, I was very glad with my decision - he had us completely prepared and everything went smoothly. I appreciate that Jason was very much a real person throughout the process - sympathetic to our situation and our lives and schedules, and yet very professional. I am very comfortable recommending him for cases similar to mine.

Bankruptcy is humiliating, yet Jason never treated us with anything but the highest respect. Jason knew the laws in WA, and helped us through the laws in the other state we were working with. And just recently he helped us with a creditor that was not acknowledging the laws, and I didn't even realize... the options available without his input. Plus he offered to follow-up even though our fee to him was paid last year. I would recommend him unreservedly!
