I have a special interest in brain injury cases and have handled many significant injury cases. Brain injuries are often devastating to the client and their family and require a range of experts and diagnostic tests that are frequently overlooked. If there has been a concussion or loss of consciousness, there is often an accompanying brain injury of some degree.

I have been the primary auto accident attorney in the firm for a number of years and have experience ranging from smaller accidents to the most serious of spinal cord and brain injury accidents.

I now handle a select number of serious auto accidents involving significant injuries, including brain injury and spinal injury as well as orthopedic malpractice cases. Other personal injury areas in which I have extensive experience include toxic torts, product liability, construction site accidents, slip & fall accidents, and sexual assault claims

I handle a select number of Washington State workers compensation cases, whether a Department of Labor & Industries case or one administered by a self-insured employer. I began my practice in workers compensation three decades ago and have returned to doing cases involving serious disability or of broader public interest.
