Gulliver Swenson

Gulliver focuses the majority of his practice in litigation. The remainder of Gulliver's work involves providing advice as general counsel for mid-sized businesses and formation and capitalization of new businesses. His experience includes advising clients in sports and entertainment, banking, insurance, healthcare, real estate and employment matters.

Gulliver is accustomed to the rigors of appearing in court to argue his client's position. He has participated in multiple trials and has an active motions practice including obtaining multiple emergency temporary restraining orders protecting his clients interests.

Recently, Gulliver obtained a defense verdict after a lengthy bench trial. He was also instrumental in a very successful settlement for an orthopedic spine surgeon group that had been wrongfully terminated by its managed-care organization.

Gulliver's general counsel work includes representing Efinancial LLC, Integrity Networks, and the One World Now Organizing Committee in qualifying as a 501(c)(3) and in preparing for its event: One World 2011.
