Emily Ann Jarvis

Emily Jarvis is the laziest and most incompetent attorney that I have encountered. We have hired her for the bankruptcy case and the process and results were terrible. Expect your case to be full of mistakes and wrong filings. Please double and triple check every step. In our case, I rarely ha...d a correct filing on the first try. At the end, she completely screwed up the case, and we had to get someone else to take over. I think either she's grossly incompetent or she does it on purpose to boost up her hours and fees (which is of dubious ethics). The expense came out to be much more than she initially promised, because literally every step had to be corrected 2-3 times. To say the experience was frustrating was an understatement. Save yourself the mess and stay away from her at all times. I would never recommend Emily Jarvis to anybody, even to my worst enemy. There are so many more competent and cost-efficient choices in the area.
