Emily Anna DeBow-Garcia

Emily DeBow-Garcia is an associate with the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group.  She has experience in trademark prosecution, conducting trademark clearance searches and providing clearance opinions, investigating infringement claims and drafting cease and desist letters.

In addition, Ms. DeBow-Garcia has experience in drafting intellectual property licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, employment and independent contractor agreements, privacy policies and terms of use for mobile applications and websites, intellectual property audits and technology-based service agreements.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. DeBow-Garcia was a published electronic musician.  Her interest in helping artists and entrepreneurs realize their goals inspired her to pursue a career in law.
