Good representation in 2 minutes. Did not read anything I gave to him. Sad that he knows how to talk but does not use his energy to help you. Runs his own practice but does not do any paperwork. Has a lot of broken promises. Lied to my husband and I that he would help pay my fee because I'm disabled ...etc and I ended up had to do community service because he never fell through with that. He only showed up once to the court to side with the prosecutor. Defense criminal attorneys are only there to help the state to side with the prosecutor. I was innocent and he had me sign papers because I was too poor to help my case even though I showed all the evidence I did not read. I have been going to court for a year and they took advantage of my mental health by having me go to court like a dummy. Everyone else is already done and they want to blame it on the therapist technically by law is not supposed to share info. and the courts want a letter for something I did not do. An innocent person is getting chastised by the court system when they are innocent. Not one person cares. The prosecutor pinned something on me just because I said they are biased. I had evidence for that. Just think how many people are innocent out there??? I do not recommend David just because he simply is a good talker that will have you going to court 20 times with lies for something I did not do. I'm suffering right now as we speak.
