Danford Duncan Grant

Dan is a litigation shareholder (partner) at Bailey Grant Onsager in Seattle. He represents professionals, prominent individuals, business owners, and select companies in employment, business, and torts cases, and is often called upon by other lawyers to associate as litigation or appellate counsel and bring their cases to a successful resolution. Dan has successfully tried over a dozen cases and obtained favorable settlements or pre-trial judgments in countless others. He has also handled numerous appeals at various levels, including the Washington Court of Appeals, the Washington Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
