Cynthia A. Stross

Cynthia is an experienced trial attorney, having successfully tried scores of cases to jury verdict.  Her practice focuses on commercial disputes in a wide range of industries ranging from high technology to manufacturing to professional services, as well as representation of a broad variety of entities and their principals, including property owners, lenders and developers, and limited liability company members and partners, in real estate and entity disputes.

Cynthia keeps an eye on both the big picture of a dispute and the people involved.  She is adept at developing creative approaches to solving problems, whether that means finding the crucial few documents in a hay barn, getting an emergency preliminary injunction in federal court, or conducting complex discovery. 

Before joining Savitt Bruce & Willey, Cynthia served as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for King County, where she prosecuted felony domestic violence, juvenile and drug cases.  She is a graduate, cum laude, of Cornell University Law School.
