Not long after installation our wood-clad new construction windows started leaking. While the company was nominally helpful, their solutions were inadequate and were not implemented over a number of years. Once we decided we needed the help of a lawyer to encourage the window company to fix the p...roblem we hired Claire and her team to negotiate an agreement. A common sense approach, where we did not need to litigate, was agreed-upon and the window company agreed to high quality repairs, continued warranty coverage, and reimbursement for some of our testing and legal fees. On my own I never could have negotiated the favorable terms Claire and her team procured for us. They were sensible, efficient, and responsive.
