DO NOT HIRE THIS SCAMMER!

Brian is a money grabbing liar. He will take your money, do the minimum he can get away with, refuse to respond to your communication, wait until every deadline to take any action, and then lose your case intentionally, hoping you will fall for the sunk cost falicy and keep paying him so he can lose ...your next level of appeal as well. Brian straight up lied to me by telling me I was not allowed to challenge a judge's discretionary rulings. I didn't find out he was full of BS until it was too late. I hired Brian for 5 seperate appeals and he blew me off every time and threw every case. He deserves negative stars and should be disbarred. His business practices and neglect of his clients are unconscionable. His victims (former clients) need to band together to end his preditory career.

Save yourself the trouble

Run from Brian. To start, if your his wife, please know he brought you up in comparison to me quite often and I hope better for you. Brian also would audibly yawn throughout our meetings while disregarding the conversation, late to respond (unless his money was involved), and so much more but you ge...t the idea. As my lawyer, Brian accomplished the following: - failed to inform me of a hearing - refused to review or consider evidence I provided (including my child being physically harmed while under opposing parties supervision) - was consistently combative with me - lacked follow through on... everything - drops me as a client with an upcoming hearing (the one he failed to inform me of that has been continued) and within less than a month of a lawsuit that needs to be filed that I've been requesting for at least 8 months now - provides declarations for me to review a few hours before a hearing. Then was combative towards me when I asked for clarification, telling me we don't have enough time. Yeah dude, we should've gone over this days (not hours) prior to the hearing - has a sales motto, "the client is in control, I will always do what the client wants," but not once did I feel in control of my case while working with Brian Again, I could continue. I am sincerely hoping that Brian seeks a different career, because his clients (and our children) are being severely let down.

Horrible!!!

As soon as Brian got my money, he disappeared. I tried to talk to him about my case many times and when he did finally answer, it was only to make excuses about being busy. But he never answered my questions. And nothing was ever done. Then Brian started sending me text messages very late at night... asking me for more money, even though he hadn't used all the money I had given him. He would not tell me what was happening in my case or what the extra money would be for. Then he billed me for sending me the texts asking me for more money! Hiring Brian was a giant mistake. He wasted thousands of dollars and he made my case worse. Beware!!!

Damaging, destructive,& disappointing

I hired Brian at 2xs his advertising fee, to pull a guilty plea I was cohersed into pleading. He had 1 year to file the motion. So naturally he "tried" to file it the same day with 15 mins left, stating he couldn't get it signed. They used a signature that wasn't mine anyway, so that excuse was just ...so he wouldn't have to feel responsible for ruining my chance at any justice. Not only did he neglectfully throw my case, he did it to where I didn't have any time to fix his mistakes. Due to the year deadline. 8 months prior to that I had asked him to find out if I had a warrant, he told me he would do that for me, he didn't. The same day the motion was due he told me that yes I did have a warrant and it had been active since March. OMG WHAT???!!!! When I asked him if he was sabotaging me he was stunned at my allegation and called me unprofessional. Everything he said and didn't do was unprofessional. He just took my money 7200, 7000 to pull my plea and 200 for help with some "probation stuff" which at the time I hadn't had any problems with probation. So that was kinda odd. When I was explaining what was happening to me, he was very convincing,he was even "friends with my judge ." .. ..I now know if that were even true that it's a line to extort money from you. After all was not said and not done he fails to take any responsibility for messing it all up but he says he is giving some money back. Some better be all 7200. And taking responsibility for his neglect. This has been a very unfortunate experience for me, and a very jaded legal system and I know that the truth will win in the end. Just fighting it all the way, they are. Now I have legal troubles and he could have worked out for me but he chose to go against me. Looking at other reviews it's his M.O. be careful when you hire him. Male sure you don't have anything to lose, you will lose it with Brian.

Paid To Get Played - Stay Away

If it were possible to have a negative rating, I would select that as a choice. Imagine hiring an attorney to protect you while your ex-wife's actively attempting to place you in jail and take your children, but this attorney disappears for days or a week at a time, without warning, while life-changi...ng court dates approach. Then gives you the ol' "You don't own my time" nonsense, while you're paying them $350/hour to tell you this. Sad to say, but I don't even believe his one of many excuses: that his wife has a terminal illness. Anyone else, I'd apologize. But this guy . . . this guy was more concerned with his attempts to serve as pro-tem King County judge than spend time building my case as a loving, law-abiding father. Never seemed vaguely prepared for any of our hearings, to say the least. Stay away.
