Outstanding immigration lawyer

I was in a tough spot, out of the US, my request for a change of status from B1 to L1 had just been denied. The Lawyer I had hired for the change of status was taking no responsibility over the errors he made. Moreover, he was giving me bad, useless and expensive advice on how to file an appeal…A rea...l nightmare. Luckily a friend of mine referred me to Andrew Stevenson. Since the very first meeting I knew I had the right man for the job. Knowledgeable, calm, focused and determined to get me a visa, Andrew took a few weeks to prepare my case. My E visa was approved in little over 5 week after filing. I look forward to working again with Andrew on any immigration needs for myself and my company.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
