Seen many good reviews about attorney so I hired "Chip". He never handled paperwork on time, very non-responsive. Hard to reach, hardly returned phone calls. He did not research my case nor helped me understand my rights. I had to go to the law library and get assistance and research my own case. He ...pulled me in with the whole "Other attorneys have individuals that work under them but I don't, when you hire a attorney you are expecting me to work for you, not people under me." True I expected him to help me and get me through my case. In the end it was a horrible experience and the outcome was just as bad. I would NEVER recommend this attorney. It was very stressful going through the situation at hand but to top it off, having a hard time reaching your own attorney. Never returning calls back to you, never researching the case. He takes on too many cases where your case isn't important until the last minuet. This is very unacceptable and I regret hiring this attorney.
