Outstanding Advocate
Rachel Felbeck was my attorney in a collaborative divorce several years ago. She was superb in providing information and support during a very painful ending to a long term marriage. While my former spouse and I had no minor children, the marital settlement agreement was complicated, and I was impressed by Rachel's ability to guide both of us through the process. We met indivially as well as with our collaborative team. She was responsive to requests for information but more importantly to providing clarity to different options that might be taken. I found it easy to communicate with her. I will be forever grateful for her help at a very painful transition in my life.

Unprepared, Ineffective Mediocrity
She left me unprotected in my PSA, requiring my ex’s name be removed from my home mortgage, but NOT requiring my ex to remove my name from two commericial properties, leaving me millions in debt with an evermore plummeting credit score tied to my ex’s action. She allowed opposing counsel to cut my proposed budget in half without specifics, as well as to bully me directly continually. She allowed the divorce coach to repeatedly badger me regarding my ex’s tardiness, creating a toxic NON-collaborative, litigious environment. She never discussed my need for a QDRO resulting in a year-long struggle transferring a retirement account.
