After a very long and challenging divorce I found myself in a position where I had to short sale my house. I had a consultation with Mr. Davidson. It was anything but "short", so I was glad to have someone who knew what they were doing and told me what needed to be dealt with and what were just hoops the bank wanted us to jump through. I don't think I could have done it without her help. She was very responsive to any and all questions. By the end of the sale the people buying the house were asking me to ask her questions. Brenda Klos helped with the closing process and I know Deborah and Brenda worked together to get the extensions needed so that the process finalized and closed. It was a very confusing process from a home owners perspective. It was nice to just turn it all over to them and let them do the worrying about the banks, buyers, realtors, closing dates, deadlines, rules and regulations.
