Advise and representation in the formation and operation of small business enterprises and real estate investment entities, including limited liability companies and corporations

Representation of clients in federal and state courts and arbitration in a broad range of civil matters, including contract disputes, tort claims for personal injury and wrongful death, medical and legal malpractice claims, construction disputes and lien foreclosures, title disputes, will contests, guardianship disputes, employment law issues, disputes among shareholders or partners and enforecement of real property rights.

Advise and representation of employees and employers on a broad range of employment matters including employment contracts, covenants not to compete, failure to pay wages, wrongful termination and claims of discrimination based on race, sex, age, religion or national origin.
