Highly recommend Craig. Kind, Creative, Hardworking

I couldn't be happier with the service Craig provided me. I was in a real estate transaction and Craig drafted the operating agreement. It wasn't a straight forward real estate deal but Craig was very creative and came up with workable solutions to meet the lenders needs. Craig was always a phone ...call away when I needed help. I can't recommend him enough. It's refreshing to find a law office I can fully trust. Thanks again for everything Craig!

Knowledgeable, patient and personable

Eight months ago I had come to a point in my life where I was forced to consider Chapter 7 due to the imminent failure of my small business and the associated debts associated with it. I placed a call to my real estate attorney and was immediately referred to Craig. The first meeting was a consulta...tion in which I was immediately put at ease, due to the fact that Craig went really in depth to understand whether or not bankruptcy was even something I should do. That is, instead of directing me towards a specific Chapter filing, Craig helped me pursue a strategy to try to keep me out of having to file. This was very reassuring to say the least, since it showed that Craig was really looking out for my best interests and not trying to 'cattle herd' me into a particular direction, earn his fee, and move on. Ultimately however I made the decision (with Craig's help) that filing for bankruptcy was the best thing to do. Throughout the process Craig not only served as a sounding board but also gave much needed moral support and guidance whenever possible. Beyond of course Craig's professionalism, knowledge and experience, it's his soft skills that really set him apart from everyone else. If you're looking for a lawyer to help guide you through this process are unsure as to what to do (as I was), Craig is the right lawyer to call. He's worth ten times what he charges and you'll have piece of mind knowing that you have someone in your corner who's gonna get you through this. Today my Chapter 7 was discharged and I couldn't be more relieved!

Intelligent, savvy, kind, client-focused

Upon my first meeting with Craig Sternberg until my last, Craig listened to my concerns and hopes for the future as they related to my case; that is, Craig listened and understood my unique-to-me situation and did everything in his power to help me achieve a positive outcome. Craig genuinely care...d about helping me, and took the time to understand the complexity and nuance of my situation, all without judgment. I cannot recommend Craig Sternberg highly enough as a top-notch lawyer, a true humanitarian, and someone with deep integrity and honor.

A solid BK guy in Seattle

Craig represented us in a large, complex matter. He knows the Seattle bankruptcy scene very well, including the behavior and biases of the judges. He is extremely hard working and trustworthy. He worked well with my team.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
