John Constans Ely

John Ely, Debbie Hunt and staff are working on my ugly divorce case currently. I am very pleased as to how well they have been handling my case. I could tell from the minute that I first called that they were fully equipped to represent me. John Ely is my divorce attorney. Opposing council has been highly abrasive with every contact. John actually guarded me from most of the irrelevant ramblings in opposing council's letters, designed to intimidate. John knew my emotional state of mind was not strong enough to read every ridiculous lett...er he received during this long, drawn out case. Our case is pretty simple, but he has a very good feel for what the courts will approve if it goes to trial. My case went to trial today and he was pretty ...accurate with his predictions about how it would turn out, not that he could guarantee it, as you never know how a judge will decide, but had a good sense for what was fair in the eyes of the court. He and his legal team have been very responsive to my questions. He kept me informed before and after the trial about what would happen and what did happen.
