Biography
I focus my practice on emerging companies, mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, and general corporate and securities representations. I have extensive transactional experience in public and private securities offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. I also provide broad general corporate and securities advice to public and private companies, particularly those within the medical device, biotechnology, software, e-commerce, security and other high-technology industries. I represent numerous start-ups and venture and angel-backed companies.
Away from my law practice, I enjoy sailing and spending time with my husband and our English Cream Golden Retriever, Dalla.
