Small business sale
We needed a lawyer to review and formulate documents regarding the sale of a small business from a sole proprietor to an LLC. Both parties were in agreement with the sale price and conditions of sale, but Cynthia was very helpful in adding items that were essential, that we had not been aware of. She was very efficient, easy to talk to and fair in her pricing.
