Ruth A Stacey Moen

Leonard W. Moen & Associates was founded by Leonard Moen in 1978. Throughout the 1980’s Leonard used television advertising to popularize the notion that everybody, regardless of economic status, could use an attorney to settle their Personal Injury claim and tip the scales in favor of the injured party instead of the insurance company. Following the untimely death of her husband, Leonard W. Moen, in 1986 Ruth Moen completed law school and took over the firm.

Ruth Moen is the heart and soul of Leonard W. Moen & Associates. The firm emphasizes Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation (L&I Claims), and Social Security Disability matters. Through her understanding of personal crisis, Ruth is able to empathize with her clients who are facing their own suffering, due to no fault of their own. She is able to find common ground with clients from all backgrounds because of her own life experiences.

Ruth has an abundance of energy and her laugh is contagious. While she has been able to negotiate thousands of cases and provide her clients with the best possible outcomes for their claims, she prides herself on not wearing a suit to work every day. Ruth likes to connect with her clients without the stigma that surrounds the typical lawyer. She likes to connect with her clients on a level that makes her clients feel comfortable and welcomed.
