Kristen is the first attorney that I found that actually cared about her clients and worked as hard as she could to make sure that you felt comfortable and was able to take away all of the stress and anxiety that comes with dealing with family law issues. She is by far the best attorney in family law... that I have found, and I went through several before finding her, She not only won my case, but she did it with true care and concern and truly was a life saver for me. She is absolutely and I cannot express the gratitude and appreciation I have for her enough! She puts her clients needs first and spends the time and is caring to the specific needs of your case. You could never find a better attorney that not only is caring and exceptional with her clients but will do her absolute best to ensure that your case is granted in your favor!

Kristen was outstanding to work with and her style fit well in my fast paced and complicated life. She assisted me with a both marital dissolution and a real-estate matter. I found her to be extremely responsive, super efficient with the use of time, and what i was most happy with compared to other...s is that she really worked to understand my goals and desired outcome and provide appropriate guidance - including when i should consider adjusting my goals. She knew or quickly found out most of what was required for my case. I would have given her the additional star for knowledgeable except some of the details of my case were quite specialized in which case did not hesitate to suggest i seek a specialist. This combined with her efficiency gave me the confidence she was not seeking to squeeze me for excess billing. I will definitely continue using her services as needed.

Ms. Bienstock shows a great deal of care for her clients. Her and I made a great team for my custody battle over my son. She worked honestly and was very up front in what she believed would benefit me and my child in the long run. We never gave up and ended up on top. We worked together for almost a ...year, she has been reasonable in cost and helped with affordable payment plans. The only thing I could say could use a little work is sometimes I felt lost in the terminology of the law, and the explanation wasn't clear. There were also times I couldn't get a hold of her, but I know she has a family as well. Ms. Bienstock showed real passion and knowledge in trial. I think that is where she shined to most. She walked with confidence and no hesitation. She knew my case and was prepared to take on our 3 day trial with all of their witnesses. She works from the heart which is important when your life is in her hands. Our children are our lives. She's a mother and knows what that is like which is only beneficial to her profession. I hope that I never have to work with her again but if I need to I would. She's great and I am very grateful for her.

WOW,, All my worries were gone very helpful I am disabled and was marred 30 years and now facing the rest of my life on my own. Mrs Bienstock steeped in and got more for me then I could ever wished for and handled everything . She helped with getting my Special Needs trust set up I a...m now able to take care of my self and not a burred on my children ...
