Keola Aiona Siu

I met Keola accidentally at the court house at my first DUI hearing. I had no idea what to do. My DUI occurred near Christmas and my court date was four days later right after Christmas. I had no time to find good legal representation. My only choice was to show up and see what would happen. I had ...spoken to one attorney who had promised to contact me prior to my hearing. I called and called to try to get some advice from her that morning, no reply. Needless to say I was getting more than a little scared and frustrated. No less than one minute after my final phone call to my supposed representation I ran into Keola who happened to be there working on another case. He agreed to represent me for this hearing but there was no obligation to have him take the case. He met with me for quite a long time after my initial hearing and answered all of my questions. Keola certainly helped me but being that I had just met him and I had done no research I spent the next 4 days on the computer and making phone calls. I spent hours and hours talking about my case to attorneys I deemed to be either very bad, possibly ok but not trustworthy, or possibly good but pretty expensive. Even the ones that I thought might be good I just didn't get the right feeling about with my particular case. It's a huge decision and I went with my gut. I chose Keola. From the very beginning he answered all of my phone calls and texts almost immediately. I had good questions and stupid questions, quite a few, but he answered all of them and continually put me at ease. This is a time when not as many deals are done for DUI's. Keola came up with a brilliant strategy, found out what he could about the prosecutor and the judge, and approached it perfectly. I believe he knows all of the right people also. In the end he got my DUI reduced to a reckless driving charge. Initially I was supposed to have 5 days of work crew. He was able to get that amended to an ankle bracelet with home monitoring for a few days. Keola was fabulous! Some people have said I was lucky. I don't think so. I call it divine intervention. I was sent the perfect attorney. Thank you Keola!!!
