Regarding Tony Alfieri, After being referred to Toni Alfieri by a mutual acquaintance, I was impressed with Tony's approach to our initial meeting and my legal situation: a hit and run rear-ended car accident. Using his own personal time, he conveniently set up our first appointment for an intervi...ew to get acquainted with me. Having a great amount of personal knowledge regarding neck, shoulder, and back injuries and the pain involved, he was able to 'draw me a mental picture' of how to proceed with our legal case and what I could expect. Throughout our months of negotiations, Tony was completely 'up front' about every detail of every issue that I faced in dealing with the insurance companies involved. I felt very confident with his guidance and the advice he proposed as we went along. I knew he had my back and wanted the BEST for me in my final settlement. I was NOT disappointed! Tony and I developed a great camaraderie during our months of working together. To my challenger, he was a positive force to be reckoned with; to me he was the embodiment of coolness. Tony was truly interested in my welfare long term and not just the case. He was personable and responsive. More importantly, he listened. He took the pain out of the process which led to the least amount of impact to my daily life and continued to work in the background on a lengthy case. Through... it all, he made sure I knew where we were in the process, next steps, best results, most likely, and obstacles and challenges. He was honest and upfront. He worked tirelessly, pulling in experts and collaborative counsel when necessary to ensure he pursued the best result for me. I highly recommend him as I didn't feel he was there for just a paycheck but really values his position as a way to right wrongs. Interestingly, while my advocate, he was still clear in the impact to the other party which I found admirable. He respects people and wants to help people move on with their lives on both sides of the fence.
