The Wisconsin Supreme Court quoted an article I wrote and published to support a portion of its opinion about constitutional home rule for municipalities.
The City followed the applicable municipal stormwater permit, and thus no Clean Water Act violation; summary judgment granted to the City.
Federal claims against the City were dismissed and remaining claims remanded to state court.
