Court is a fantastic attorney. I was charged with 6 prostitution related felonies. While I had transgressed the law, I felt that the prosecutors were being unreasonable. Court convinced the prosecutors of that as well. He was able to negotiate the felonies down to 2 misdemeanors and house arrest for ...2 months. This was the best deal that could have been negotiated in my position. He was professional and let me know my odds at trial given my actions. I very much valued Court's trial earned experience to accurately assess my situation. If I ever needed a criminal attorney again, I'd hire Court immediately without question.

Case DISMISSED! Don't really need to say more than that, but I really feel lucky to have found Court & Michelle. I was facing a misdemeanor charge, but given the nature of it (alleged "patronizing of a prostitute"), my job, and the fact that I'm not a US citizen, and there was a recipe for a disastro...us outcome on my future. Fortunately, due to a violation of my rights that was discovered, the Will's were able to get the whole thing tossed out of court and now I can go on as if it didn't happen, lesson learned of course. I was recently charged with a gross misdemeanor for property destruction. Court Will represented me in court and was able to have my case dismissed and took care of me from the beginning til the end. The worst day of my life was when I received a call from a detective telling me I was being investigated for rape. My life turned upside down. At first I had faith in the system. I hadn't done anything wrong, so the case wouldn't go anywhere, right?? Wrong. I was arrested and thrown in jail. From ...day one I had been in touch with Court and he talked me through the process. Court got me what seemed like a great deal in the before trial after negotiating for months. getting a “psychological” evaluation, taking and passing TWO polygraphs, etc. No jail time and just a simple misdemeanor assault. I was appreciative but the problem was that I was innocent so how could I accept this? So we get ready for trial. More months go by, and we're finally getting close to starting trial. Court does an interview with the accuser and evidently does an amazing job because a week later after going back and forth with the prosecutor some more, my case is completely dismissed! I had my life back after a year and a half. I can't thank Court enough. If you want lawyers that are really going to fight for you and believe in you, then hire Will & Will.

Courtney James Will got me through, and out of, the most difficult, and darkest time in my life. After being charged with a serious misdemeanor, which would have required registration, I was initially assigned a public defender. I spoke with my pubic defender, and, maintaining my innocence, was told ...that these type of cases are difficult to overcome with an optimistic resolution. In fact, I was told that dismissal of the charge, and/or being acquitted of the charge, would be very difficult. I can't even begin to explain what something like this can do to your life, let alone your mind. Each day was more miserable than the next, and despite believing I had the facts on my side, I couldn't help but feel that my chances at having a normal life were slowly diminishing. I believe that my public defender (who I was assigned during the early stages of my case) had the best intentions, however, I started to realize that perhaps I would be best suited with a private attorney who could actually focus their time on my case, rather than the massive piles of cases that public defenders likely have. I also realized that some public defenders may have very little time due to time intensive trials etc, such as murder trials, and due to these factors, I had my public defender suggest I just plead guilty due to the fact that the initial prosecutor was unwilling to dig further into the case, and look at all the facts, and the fact that a trial outcome, in a unique case such as this, would be uncertain for either side, however, the repercussions for losing a trial, vs a plea deal, would possibly be much more severe.I quickly went to work looking for a private attorney who could work the case from a better angle, one who could get the facts across to a prosecutor and judge, who can look at all aspects of the case, and see that the accusation doesn't fit who I am, among other things that could point to my innocence. I felt that with my public defender, these, and many other facts, and pieces of evidence in my case, would simply have been overlooked, or ignored, in order to speed along my case, to make room for their other cases, and, due to the fact that my life, and future were at stake, I knew that I couldn't just let my inalienable rights simply be brushed aside, or ignored. I knew I needed to find an attorney that would make sure that my case would be handled honestly, and fairly. Also, I needed to find an attorney who could give me peace of mind and assurance. The peace of mind I'm talking about, is the kind that is only achieved, when you know that your life and future is in good hands. Actually not just good, but the best. Peace of mind that you get, knowing that your life, and future, and livelihood, are in the hands of someone who will go the extra mile for you, and fight tooth and nail to defend you. Someone who appreciates the value of human life, and takes on a case knowing exactly how much is hanging in the balance and is at stake. Court Will went above and beyond answering that call, and I honestly feel that he was born to work in this profession. From day one when first speaking to Court, he was an excellent listener, nonjudgmental, a critical thinker, and was excellent at piecing together a story, and understanding the facts. Right away Court had a game plan. He clearly outlined the steps that we should take, and I then immediately knew that I had found the perfect attorney to handle my case. He conducted interviews, gathered evidence, spoke to the prosecutor, and went to court for me many times, and sometimes made it so that I didn't have to show up to certain court dates that weren't necessary. Court was very flexible with the payment, and I'm extremely grateful for this. If I could write more I would. Court was able to eventually get my charge lowered to a non serious misdemeanor, with no registration due to the type of charge, and was able to avoid a lengthy, uncertain, scary trial.
