Very professional, effective attorney

I hired Court after an issue from my past surfaced many years later. He was very knowledgable in helping me navigate the system to get the best possible resolution. He was responsive to communications and easy to keep in touch with. In my contact with people surrounding the matter CW had a good reput...ation and generally seemed well respected in the field.

Highly Recommend

I found Court to be a highly effective and knowledgeable lawyer. Court got my case dismissed through very well implemented, strategic approach which ended in case dismissal without prejudice through a pre-trial motion. Thank you Court. One thing I appreciated is that it was obvious to me that Cou...rt puts a lot of effort into following similar cases and case strategies and was happy to give me an up to the minute explanation of the circumstances of my case and the "what to expect next" whenever I needed it.

Great Services, Advice, and human

Court was fantastic throughout the entire process, making very clear the options that were in front of me, and devising a defense strategy. As the case took turns along the way, Court communicated promptly, and adjusted the game plan to ensure the best outcome possible, full dismissal. I could not re...commend someone any higher than I recommend Court. The thing that initially hooked me on Court vs other attorneys was his human approach to the case. He listened to all the facts from my perspective completely, empathized with how I must be feeling, and talked me through what the next steps would be. This approach paid dividends as we outlined the specific components of my case with the prosecution, eventually leading to dismissal.

He helped me won my case.

I've finally won my case, and I can't win it without Court. I come back to write this review after not willing to thinking about my case for a month even that I've won it. Now I just feel peaceful and I'm moving towards my future life. But I can clearly remember when I first talked with Court,... I almost cried because I was wrongly arrested by police in a sting operation and because the consequence could ruin my life. Court did not appear to be the most "engaged" or "passionate" lawyer I've contacted before I made a decision on who should I hire. He was calm, listening carefully, taking notes carefully. The reason that I hired him is his initial analysis was logical, structured, and objective. In the first month after I got arrested, Court quickly made strategies and preparation for a possible quick charge, which laid the foundation for winning the case and my confidence. He helped me analyze the case from all possible perspectives and outcomes. But I didn't hear from police or any prosecutor until June 2017, almost 12 month since I've got arrested. Before that, Court kept communicating with me and following the updates. After I've been charged, he proactively communicates with all parties, try to fight for the best outcome possible for me, and he showed his most respect when I finally decide to go for a trial even if the prosecutor offered some alternative arrangements which would mitigate my overall risks. Finally comes the trial, and it lasted 3 days. Court turned to be a star on the court. Just simply compare him with the prosecutor side, Court is way more professional, way more serious and careful, and way more well-prepared than the prosecutor: his way of dressing, his tone and eye-contact with the judge, the jury, and me, his well-prepared testifying questions, his way of speaking and standing to show respect to the law, his clear, logical arguments, his attention to tiny details, dynamics in the court, and every jury candidate, his deep understanding of the case, the law, and the process, his willingness to win, and his dominated final presentation, all overwhelmed the other side, and finally led to victory. I will appreciate Court's help in my life time.

An outstanding Attorney, to whom I owe him everything!

I am both a licensed stockbroker and real estate agent. I did something incredibly dumb that put both of these licenses, not to mention my livelihood and reputation, at risk. Even though I’m not providing my full name here, I still do not want to go into much detail about the incident, as it is inc...redibly embarrassing. I will say that I was accused of exposing myself but when I did it, it was never my intent for others to see me or be offended by my actions. Unfortunately, the District Attorney did not see it this way. Stuck with the possibility of having to register as a sex offender for the rest of my life, I began searching for an attorney. I consulted with four different lawyers. Court stood out head and shoulders about the rest. His demeanor and caring attitude immediately put me at ease. He immediately formed and shared an excellent strategy with me to convince the prosecutor that all the “elements” of the crime were not present. He also advised me to collect a number of letters from people vouching for my good character; it was difficult to obtain these, as I didn’t want to reveal why I needed the letters, but I am glad I did it because they were very helpful. In the end, Court was fully prepared to go to trial, but literally a few days before we were set to pick a jury Court called me with the best news I’ve ever heard. He had another meeting with the prosecutor and her supervisor and they agreed to dismiss the primary charge in exchange to a plea to a very minor charge that had no effect on my livelihood or record. In exchange, I had to perform a lot of community service. I ended up doing my community service at a local food bank, and the funny thing is I still volunteer there to this day. I cannot say enough good things about Court. He is an outstanding attorney and I owe him everything.
