After 2 years of numerous failed temporary parenting plans, disagreements between the Petitioner and I, along with failure to hold her in contempt regarding issues pertaining to an agreed plan in March 2019... I needed a lawyer. Michael Chin found my posting and I had contacted him immediately, in w...hich he had already reviewed my case so far. He used specific rhetoric within my parenting plan detailing conditions and stipulations that were fair to both parents, as well as the children ensuring that both the Petitioner and I were a part of our children's lives. And to the courts, whats best for the children are all that matters. Michael knew this and within reasoning played it to the best of his ability by being fair and unbiased towards the Petitioner. On another note, he's a funny guy.
