I hired Michael after having spent a period of 8 years fighting to keep access to my children. I have been repeatedly accused of abuse by my ex. Michael came aboard when my oldest was completely alienated and two youngest were affected. My oldest is emancipated so nothing could be done there. How...ever, Michael advised a new trial addressing the needs of the other two children and estimated that it would cost about 15000. He immediately identified the most helpful strategy, and quickly brought the case to trial. The results exceeded my expectations and what I was asking the court for. The court understood the problems and found my ex was abusive to me and the children. The court ordered no contact between my ex and the children for 7 months, while she undergoes therapy - an extraordinary result. Parental alienation is a very real but frequently almost impossible to address consequence of divorce. Michael was able to make the situation clear after years of mixed results from other attorneys. In addition he ended up charging very close to his initial estimate, despite the complexity of the case. He has given my family the best possible chance to heal. He is an expert and I wish I had found him years ago. Other attorneys have milked the case for hundreds of thousands of dollars without achieving much more than successfully defending me against untrue allegations.

I contemplated divorce for several years. It wasn't something I wanted to do, let alone initiate. I looked at DIY, consulted with and aggressive attorney, and soon realized neither of those could help me successfully navigate my divorce.
