Grateful for Jim's Expertise...

Jim and staff are professional, and gave me sound advice in regards to my case. When I would get anxiety over the things L&I tried to get me to do, Jim and staff would take care of the issue asap. The journey was a long one, but I am now pensioned, and grateful for hiring such a knowledgeable attorn...ey to handle my case. Jim and staff all of you Rock. Thank you for everything!

James Walsh is your Workers Comp Guardian Angel

James Walsh stepped in after I was injured at work and could not stand up for my own rights. My body was physically broken, I couldn't work and I did not have the wherewithal to fight against an overworked system that only saw me as a number. James and his staff did all the work, dealt with all the r...ed tape and bureaucracy, leaving me to heal. His staff went over and beyond, not only answering all of my questions, but continuously checking in with me for my personal well being. They are knowledgeable, empathetic and sympathetic, and they all are warriors. They will fight for you. I am so thankful for James an his staff that I have referred other people I care about to seek their help. They won my case and saved my life.

Good Expierence

I have had numerous L&I claims. But eventually needed an attorney. I hired this office six years ago. They are very professional. The office is always there to help. I have always received sound advice. Even though my claim is now considered closed the office continues to guide and support me.

the Best? Ohhhhh YYYeeeeaaaaa!

That photo...it's what L&I and their "experts" see on the other side of the desk or in Court (The Dark Side). Put a sparkle in the eyes and curl the lips up, and that is what he is like with his clients, on the phone, in person. Jim was able to accomplish so much more than I could have imagined, and ...that was after I was "Denied". He can not only pilot the ship, he can turn the damned ship around! All I can say is, I'm glad I met him as a client and not as a member of The Dark Side. Many inaccurate objections were lodged against my claim and Jim successfully countered every one that got my care and compensation covered. Thanks, Jim and Walsh Law!
