I was transferred to Brad from another lawyer and from the moment I sat at his desk he got straight to work. He familiarized himself with the case, verified he understood everything I said, told me how the process of my case would go, asked if I had any questions, and then off I went to go about othe...r responsibilities I had that day. This process happened every time we met and every time we talked on the phone. All the way until the case was finished and after to ensure I understood the results and what to expect after. He was easy to get ahold of because if I did need to email or leave a message he responded within reasonable time even if it was only to acknowledge he received my message and schedule a better time to discuss things.

Mr. Puffpaff is thinking professional AND he is a thoughtful human being who excels in being courteous and compassionate. He knows how to communicate complicated legal terms and related projected scenarios simply and without patronizing. After a family member of mine died unexpectedly, I was lef...t with many unanswered questions and challenges. Mr. Puffpaff helped me to find solutions and to focus on tasks in a organized manner. He was able to answer my many questions. Sometimes he had to answer them repeatedly until I could wrap my head around them, but he never made me feel as if I was bothering him by asking the same question over again. If he was not 100% certain of the answer to give he would tell me so and then research it and let me know. Mr. Puffpaff reduced my stress. He responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner and made me feel supported. I am So grateful that he was referred to me.

Had a rather unsavory collections company garnish my bank account. There was no notice, no letters in the mail, no phone calls, just a garnishment out of the blue. They refused to work with me, wouldn't set up a payment plan, refused to give my money back & claimed they had done everything right on t...heir part. So, I researched all my options. I had no choice but to file bankruptcy. I was devastated. 30 years old and filing for bankruptcy! Again, it was my only choice. So, more research. Lots of lawyers wanted lots of money. He answered all my questions to the very best of his knowledge, even telling me a few times he'd have to research it and get back to me. He never failed me, never made me feel stressed, never made me think I picked the wrong lawyer. He was an absolute bulldog. He took complete care of me. I couldn't have been happier and more at ease with the entire process. I carry his card with me, just waiting for someone to tell me they're going thru the same type of situation so I can hand them Brads card. I would recommend him to everybody!
