Mr. Fisher represented me in a civil matter recently. We obtained a judgment and have been successful in collecting from the other side. He advised on the best course of action to take and backed up his recommendation with applicable statutes and contingency plans that we could take, should the need ...to do so arise. Gave retainer in March 2017 to have IRS form 843 submitted. I did a follow up with him beginning in June 2017 and after repeated calls and emails I finally got a call in July of 2017. he didn't submit power of attorney form in March but is doing it now (July 2017). in August he made a correction or c...larification on the filing of the 2848 form.I attempted several follow up calls and emails from November 2017 through my last on in January 2018. None have been responded too. Finally decided I had no choice but to first dispute my charges with my credit card company so I could get my retainer back, fire Nic, and now get someone else to file the form 843 for me. I'm pretty patient and allowed him ample time to make progress (over 10 months) and in the end, he barely took the time to file form 2848 (power of attorney) with the IRS. Lack of professionalism by not doing the work, not keeping me informed, not returning my calls, and not responding to my emails. I wasn't over the top in my requests....perhaps three messages and two or three follow up emails from August 2017 to January 2018. Now I had to take the time to actually sit here and write this complaint. You now owe me for my time Nic.

Nicholas has been helpful in multiple situations both personally and for my real estate business and clients. He is versatile in real estate, short sales and modifications, bankruptcy, and contract law. I've worked with Nicholas for about five years. He is direct, courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable.... When I refer my clients to him directly, he is just as responsive to them as he is to me. And the one time he couldn't help me, he gave me a referral to someone who could- so he never pretends he's the best person when he isn't.
