In 2013 I was hit by a car while working in a construction zone as a traffic flagger. I was referred to Mark by a family member that had used his services. Because I was on L&I and this being a third party claim L&I got a large portion of my settlement to cover 2/3 of my medical expenses. Even though Mark doesn't do workman's compensation claims he was able to negotiate with L&I to reduce the amount they wanted to be reimbursed. Mark also reduced his fees because I wouldn't have had much left after the L&I payment. When I came to office to sign the final paperwork for the case he had all of the math typed out on a piece of paper accounting for all of the $50,000. A short time later I received a check for my share of the settlement.
