I highly recommend the legal services of Glen St.Louis if you have a family law matter. He is skilled, thoughtful, methodical, insightful and knows exactly how to set the other side up to collapse in on itself. I am the father of two boys whose now ex-wife made numerous false allegations against me ...to limit my time with my sons when all I was trying to do was to be a good father. Part of the problem was my ex wife got herself involved with someone else and was allowing this person to be around our two boys without my knowledge. This person would not keep his nose out of the parenting situation and he injured one of my boys. My wife at the time, amazingly went to the defense of her bf rather than our children. She totally did not tell the truth to court about what happened when one of my boys were injured. For her to get out from the court’s focus and distract them, she had to accuse me of many things to make herself look right. The other person worked in law enforcement giving her credibility. So, I had to disprove almost everything made up against me. And Glen St.Louis turned my wife (at that time) and her new bf and the two attorneys upside down with smart work. I was so thankful for that type of lawyering. I was referred to Glen St.Louis through another attorney who told me that if anyone could get to the bottom of the false allegations against me, it was him. And him it was!! Glen sat with me and came up with an angle of attack that focused on the facts and not the emotion. He had a good understanding of human behavior and the law. When we went to court, he was totally prepared and knew the facts backward and forward. He guided me to be improve my position and not shoot myself in the foot with emotion. He helped turn around my skepticism that I had about lawyers completely around. He also did not charge me an arm and a leg, and many times would assign “n/c” for things he went out of his way to make my case better. He truly was godsend, and fights for good parenting. In court, he hit all the marks with the court sounding firm, yet polite, and displaying a high command of the law in the application of the facts and doing do without saying anything negative or nasty about my ex wife. He focused on her behavior and not her so as to make me look good. Many times when I was faced with a difficult decision, he would ask me “whether [I] wanted to be right or get the cheese?” Getting the cheese meant more times with my boys. In the end, Glen disproved false allegations against me, and showed to the court my deep involvement with my boys, and he got almost half custody with my children. He would give me homework, and I would do it. I could not have imagined a year ago I would be in such a good parenting outcome today for more involvement with my children as I now have. And it was done at a reasonable price. Hopefully I will not ever need the services of an attorney again, but if I do, I will have no hesitation in re-hiring Glen St.Louis. He is truly very talented. A little over a year ago, I hired Glen St.Louis in Kirkland as my attorney in a complicated intrastate family law and parenting and divorce case in Washington and Tennessee. I was so thankful I hired him. I was referred to Glen St.Louis over a difficult custody situation I was having with my ex-girlfriend who got involved with another guy and was refusing to let me see our daughter and then letting her boyfriend interfere. This was a very emotional issue for me and I was making mistakes trying to re...present myself until Glen was referred to me. Until I got Glen I felt like I was being walked all over and being taken advantage of by the mother and her attorney. I was very pleased with how Glen got things under control without making things worse. One thing he did that was very helpful was to sit down with me several times and got me to see another perspective and how to deal with things so I was not pulled into the "emotional gamesmanship" my ex and her lawyer were trying to play.
