Joe’s practice focuses on the zealous representation of injured and disabled people. In the personal injury area, he has developed expertise in the psychiatric aspects of personal injuries, and his successes include substantial recoveries on behalf of clients who developed psychological conversion disorders following physical injuries. He has handled long term disability claims arising from diverse medical conditions including fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, Guillan-Barre, hepatitis C, carcinogenic exposure, Clostridium difficile, Crohn’s, TMJ, thoracic outlet syndrome, and many other conditions. He welcomes the challenge of mastering the medical aspects of his cases and finding creative ways to ensure that his clients’ injuries and illnesses are comprehensively diagnosed and treated.
Joe strives to ensure that every client receives the best quality and most appropriate medical care possible. Joe believes that winning is not just about getting the best possible financial outcome for the client; rather, it is about achieving maximum medical recovery and quality of life. Joe believes this may mean getting opinions from different medical specialties and considering alternative treatments.

One of the best lawyers!
When my L&I case wasn’t going well I was referred to Joe. He was able to get my case resolved. In my opinion Joe is one of the best because he was able to help me after my first L&I lawyer quit.

Replied last January 30, 2023Thank you for this review. To give some context, this was a social security disability claim arising from a difficult to prove medical condition. We lost at hearing, obtained a reversal in federal court, lost again at a second hearing, but the court did finally award benefits on the second federal appeal. I appreciated Dayna's trust and understanding throughout this very long and difficult process.
