Competent, concise, compassionate

Ms. Cochran's prompt response to my inquiry, and in-depth research of the subject was impressive, and invaluable. You can imagine the immensity of protocol and procedures involved when dealing with HUD subsidies managed by local housing providers. Jenny's immediate grasp of complexities and competent... presentation of subject matter contributed significantly to the positive outcome of my petition.
