I'm an experienced, aggressive attorney with 23 years of experience, practicing in Washington State. Being a lifetime Kirkland resident, I received my Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University in 1988 and my Law degree from the University of California/Hastings in 1994. My practice focuses on Foreclosure defense, Family Law including, but not limited to, divorce, parenting plan and child support modification, Criminal Defense, including DWI, Personal Injury, Probate, Power of Attorney and Wills.
Our firm's paralegal, Michelle Darnell, is a passionate advocate for our clients, empowering and assisting them as they navigate stressful situations.
My goal is to provide high quality personalized legal services at reasonable rates. We offer a free initial phone consultation to discuss the best strategy toward a resolution.
