James was amazing!
Having worked with a number of lawyers in the past, I was very impressed with James. There is nothing fun about bankruptcy, but James made the process easy to understand, he took as much time as I needed to explain everything so that I felt comfortable and has a demeanor that has a very calming effect, which is nice to have in times like these. I can't recommend him enough and should you find yourself in that unfortunate position of having to go through bankruptcy, he's the best lawyer you could ever ask for! I gave him 5 stars, only because I couldn't give him more.

The Best of the Best!
I got into a financial quagmire and spent a small fortune with large firms. Jim was the only attorney who completely grasped the situation and found information missed by all the others. He is smart, compassionate and a superb negotiator!

Very satisfied
Jim took my information and determined the type of filing that best fit my situation. Bankruptcy is such a complex area of law and it was a huge relief to have all my questions answered and to know that all of the paperwork was properly taken care of by Jim and his staff. My filing and discharge in bankruptcy went smoothly and I am now much more careful with my finances, having learned from my experience. Jim and his office are not fancy or expensive. He didn't spend a lot of time talking, and his email communications with me were to the point and not overdone. I asked specific questions and he gave me the answers. Bankruptcy is scary and I was afraid going in, but it is now a few months behind me and I'm very grateful that another client referred me to Jim.
