Robert Thomas Jensen Jr

Robert Jensen works for the firm Stewart, MacNichols & Harmell in Kent, Washington. He started out my case making it sound like he would provide a strong defense but over time he just wanted to do as little as possible and deal it out or go to trial unprepared for a real defense (alternative motiv...e, credibility if witnesses, accuser, etc.). It's really too bad because I think he has the skills to do an excellent job but he may be overworked. A strong defense can only come about if you have a passion for justice and the time to devote to your clients. He's going to be replaced by someone from a different law firm who will take the time to do the hard work.
