I am passionate about immigration law as a first generation U.S. citizen and an attorney with an LLM in International Human Rights Law.  I passionately believe that everyone should have the right to freedom of movement throughout the world and to try to find better opportunities if your country of origin is not providing what you need, or posing a threat to your life or liberty.  Everyone should be able to live free from violence and persecution and to be able to have access to jobs, opportunities, to love who you want to love, and become the person we believe we are meant to be.

The immigration process is very long and scary for applicants, I believe that your immigration attorney should be your partner in your case and explain every step in detail so that you can understand your options and risks and know what you are getting into. 

I practice family and humanitarian based immigration - from green card renewals to complex deportation defense in immigration court. I am a previous U.S. Army engineer officer, so I have done several PIPs and represented soldier's families.  On my free time I like to run, hike, swim, play with my kids and be outdoors as much as possible. 

I am a native Spanish speaker (my family is from Uruguay) and I am also fluent in French, English, and Italian, and can get by with some Portunol.
