A couple years into recovery, our son was arrested for a crime he did not commit, and his past came back to bite him in a big way. He was arrested (DUI, attempt to elude, Hit & Run Unattended Property Damage triggering a fugitive/Governor’s warrant) and the police looked no further than him, because ...of his past record in other cities/states. We retained Brandon who assisted us for well over a year, contending with matters spanning multiple jurisdictions, overcoming the governor’s/fugitive warrant and helping to clear all other warrants while we awaited the official charges for the crime he did not commit. It involved more than knowing the law in our case and there were obstacles at every turn! In each jurisdiction, administrative mistakes were made that were not in our son’s favor. I’m confident had we not retained representation for our son, he would have served serious time for crimes not committed, and significant time for the things he had not resolved.
