I went into law to help those who needed to understand their rights, whether it was under an insurance contract or as a result of the negligence of others. 

I continually try to improve myself and my office procedures so that I can make the best service available.  I now have 31 years of experience and always apply the most efficient and creative approach I can to the complex issues and circumstances that people bring to me. 

I have handled very complicated litigation such as electrocutions, poisonings, and product failures, along with on the job injuries, and product defects or failure to maintain equipment. 

I depend on my able staff and our advanced technological systems to help us organize and structure our work.  I have many colleagues I consult with on a regular basis and that helps me feel very connected to my legal brethren. 

I served in Viet Nam and over the years devised a way to help veterans and their families through an organization that I started called The Veterans Advocates Guild.  I am working to put together a network of attorneys to help me offer free or low cost legal assistance to this group. 

In my off hours, I enjoy walking in the woods, fishing a bit, and borrowing a Harley once in awhile.  I love a good book and love spending time with my large family.
