Scott is one of the most fearless trial lawyers I have ever met

Scott has been trying cases for more than 25 years. He has learned that the best way to obtain the justice that his clients are seeking is to try cases. He has tried more civil cases in the last five years than any plaintiff attorney in the State of Washington that I am aware of. This means that h...is trial clients receive a much better result than they would with a lawyer who is trial adverse, and the cases that he settles are usually much higher in value than they would be if another lawyer had them. This trial experience makes him one of the premier if not the premier plaintiff attorney in Washington State. Clients who retain him have chosen well.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
