He has successfully litigated cases involving broker–dealer misconduct, traumatic brain injury, negligence, bad faith, and unlawful acts arising from workplace discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation, and wage violations.
Whenever possible, Mr. Davis works with clients to reduce the risk of litigation through alternative means, including mediation, severance negotiations, administrative proceedings, internal investigations, disciplinary hearings, and contractual analysis concerning competition, solicitation, and disclosure.
