The guy who is legally my father passed away recently. He was in a good bit of self inflicted legal and ethical trouble and had very few assets in his estate. Can't thank Kevin enough for walking my wife and I through the process of estate planning. So, 2 years down the ...road as we wanted to refinance, our mortgage broker lets us know we had to take the house out of Trust. I wanted to talk to Kevin before agreeing. Our family was in a crisis after my mom passed and had threats from her side of the family as to my fathers living arrangement.
