Can't thank Kevin enough for walking my wife and I through the process of estate planning. Before him we had no idea what it really meant to prepare for the future, but he spent quality time explaining and guiding us through what turned into a simple and stress free process. So, 2 years down the ...road as we wanted to refinance, our mortgage broker lets us know we had to take the house out of Trust. I wanted to talk to Kevin before agreeing. Kevin laid out the facts as to why that was one option, but not the only one. Without Kevin's guidance my wife and I would have paid out of pocket to remove and replace the Trust. The mortgage broker ultimately accepted this path forward and we couldn't be happier with Kevin's guidance!
