Joe was brought on to my case about 6 months before trial by another attorney I hired. He took the lead of the trial process and worked harder than I thought possible to help me. Ultimately we achieved something pretty incredible with the jury verdict, and then he kept fighting and advocating for me ...through the process of collecting that verdict. Joe Pipinich did an amazing job helping our family through a trying time. About 4 years ago our dog was attacked by two pit bulls that broke through our gate and shattered our border collies front leg. When the owners refused to help with costs and turned it over to their insurance company who placed... a value on our dog of only $1000 we contacted Mr. Pipinich and he contacted and fought with the insurance company to get the full medical bills covered this allowed us to get the best help possible to try and save my dogs leg. This was an expensive process to save the dogs leg and in the end amputation was the best option. If not for Mr. Pipinich fighting for us we would have had to put our animal down due to the costs incurred from the damage to our dogs leg. He took on the case and fought for us and our dog and I will say I was impressed by his compassion and fortitude in fighting our case. The insurance company saw our dog as an asset and Joe fought for him as if he was a family member.
